Julie is an AFAA certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience as a fitness professional. She has earned a variety of certifications which include PoundFitPro (drumming fitness),Yoga, Pilates and Kickboxing. Her favorite class to teach is Bootcamp. This class is high energy and guaranteed to boost your calorie burn for the day. Julie is passionate about helping clients discover that fitness is fun! Her super power is in developing classes that are challenging and encouraging for all fitness levels. Julie’s philosophy is “Exercise is not our life. Exercise helps us to be strong and healthy enough to enjoy the LIFE that has been given to us.
