Bootcamp sessions are appropriate for ALL fitness levels. Bootcampers will be challenged, encouraged and motivated to push themselves to their next level of fitness. Session will vary.....you will never get bored! Each 6 week session includes an initial fitness assessment and healthly eating education and accountability.
