Getting healthy journey 3 years after my 3rd child the weight wasn’t coming off so I joined a boot camp circuit training group workout. Started working out 3 to 5 days a week with some walk running in between. I currently manage two chronic illnesses that can be debilitating and without the dependency of medications: rheumatoid arthritis and migraines. For the past 2 ½ years I’ve joined two different gyms and struggled to stay consistent or accountable. Julie’s boot camp has been a blessing for my life to work out with such an uplifting and encouraging group. I gain strength with each class and that has actually lessoned my daily pain. It’s hopeful to see the other women/men that are stronger than I and they keep me motivated to make it to class. Not just at Thanksgiving but every day I am thankful for Julie and Boro Fitness in my life.
